Our Cancellation Policy

Appointments broken without cancellation deprive another person of treatment.

We take credit card details and charge AUS$60.00 a non-refundable deposit *(per service) to secure your booking.

If you make a booking and the appointment is within the first 24 hours, full payment of the treatment/booking is required.

To change your appointment we require minimum 24 hour notice. If you cancel your appointment, a $60.00 cancellation fee is applicable per individual service.

If you miss your appointment, a 100% of your treatment fee will be charged to your credit card.

We send you an email or SMS reminder 2 (two) days before, so you can confirm, change or cancel your appointment via email or SMS, up to 24 hours prior.
